You review and approve your Petsies plush!
Customers who select the Sneak Peek+ Design Guarantee upgrade during the customization of their custom stuffed animals will receive photos of your custom Petsies plush while it is in production. It’s like you’re right there with us working on your stuffed animal alongside our experienced team of designers!
The Sneak Peek is a great way to see your plush. After seeing the photos, you can simply approve the plush as our expert designers have crafted it. And, if you see something that needs to be tweaked, our Sneak Peek+ Design upgrade guarantees that our designers will make those design changes that you suggest for your Petsies until we get it right.
We are confident in the design of all of our stuffed animals (after all, our design team has made tens of thousands of them!), and the Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee shows our commitment to our goal of customer satisfaction. If you still don't love your design after our team has worked with you on the changes, then you can request a refund. But we would love the chance to get it right first before you do so!

To ensure a speedy production timeline, items not rejected within 72 hours will be considered approved. If approved, refunds will no longer be offered.

Customers receive up to the 3 rounds of changes. Please note that depending on your feedback, the Sneak Peek may extend production times and impact holiday shipping deadlines, so please try to include any changes you'd like during the first round, so we can get your order shipped on time.
Since you’ve already seen and approved the item before it ships, we cannot issue refunds or returns for general design issues. However, we will gladly to honor our Product Craftsmanship Limited Warranty for (a) tears, rips, holes, and similar sewing mistakes or oversights and (b) damage caused while the plush is in transit, including water damage
